Outboard units are sold through distributors, and should be registered with AMS Neve as soon as purchased. Either click on the button on the menu bar, or click here to register.
Warranty:
AMS Neve outboard comes with a 3 year warranty - the first year is fully comprehesive, and years 2 and 3 are parts and labour only, with the customer liable for shipping costs.
In the unfortunate event of a failure, your outboard unit should already be registered with AMS Neve, and the online fault report should be completed.
Once we receive the online fault report, AMS Neve will then generate an RMA number, and contact the distributor where the unit was bought from - the unit should then be returned to the original distributor with the RMA number attached.
Outside the warranty period, there is an initial fee of £150+vat which covers the cost of shipping to and from AMS Neve, and the initial inspection cost - this must be paid before the unit is returned for repair. Please note that parts and labour for the actual repair are on top of this initial cost.
